As Virtual Therapeutics’ VR Design Engineer, I rapidly prototyped VR interactions and game mechanics. I frequently drew on my knowledge of perceptual psychology and interaction design, acting as “head toymaker” and creating virtual objects that provoke playful exploration. My role was that of a design-oriented software developer with a special focus on the moment-to-moment player experience.
